I think Petunia had a blog about using episodes of Peppa Pig as social stories. My children grew out of Peppa eventually, but I found her brilliant since there is an episode for virtually any situation in a child's life (doctor, playschool, dentist, shop, camping trip, you name it). And, to be honest, I find them quite funny (my favourite is the "pancake episode ;-).
